  • Security codes and door keys are obtained on Airbnb guest resources. please do not share security codes with any external visit.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the units.

Additional persons to those present at the tenants' parties are not allowed to spend the night on the property. any guest visiting the property is entirely the responsibility of the tenant. tenants are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit that is established according to the lease, 2 guests per bedroom. any breach of the contract and the tenants will be evicted and lose the security deposit.

Parking: parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the area - please do not block access.

Garbage: it must be stored in the appropriate container located in the kitchen and must also be separated as follows (organic-plastic-cardboard and paper).


Individual pool: when not in use, the pumps must be turned off. use plastic containers in and around the pool. the gardener will require access to it to check chemicals and clean.

General conduct:

  • No surfboards, bicycles or garbage are allowed in corridors, green areas and common areas.  

  • Guests are only allowed for reasons when the tenant is in residence.  

  • No music or excessive noise (day or night) is allowed.  

  • Do not hang clothes or towels on the railings.

Pool rules:
The pool schedule is from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm

  • In case the pool is under treatment or the staff is maintaining it, it is forbidden to use the pool.

  • Glass objects are not allowed.

  •  Tenants are not allowed to have outside guests on common areas.

Common areas:

  • Use indicated corridors to access common areas, access to the beach or pool. without crossing private properties.

  • Keep the front door closed.

Condominium:

  • Do not throw in toilet: sanitary napkins, food wraps, condoms or anything other than toilet paper.

  • Make good use of air conditioners such as keeping the area closed, keep it off when is not in use.



*The administration reserves the right to apply sanctions and necessary measures to any tenant who fails to comply with the aforementioned rules.
